In 2017, Scott County Historical Society Member, Jeannie Noe Carlisle, wrote a grant request to the Scott County Community Foundation for funding to assist the Scott County Museum with their expenses for supplies, preserving the items donated by the public.
A grant for $2,500 was awarded during the Foundation’s 2017 Community Grants Program, and was made possible through funding from the Donald R. Collins Sr. Family Fund. Shown are Jeannie Noe Carlisle and Kevin Collins.
